Sand Creek Charolais raises registered purebred Charolais cattle on the eastern plains of Colorado. The females in the herd are strongly influenced by Wyoming Wind, Sir Duke and Super Charlie. These females are bred to bulls selected for calving ease, weaning and yearling weights and carcass traits. Our focus is raising bulls for the commercial cattleman that will wean heavy, perform in the feedlot then produce on the grid with little trouble at calving time. We have used Charolais bulls on our Angus based commercial herd for more than 30 years with exceptional success.
